I tend to get anxious and fear along with overthinking. Can you please help me and give me a solution?

Try the following in addition to taking expert medicinal advice:
1. Keep wudhu at all time if possible
2. Recite Quran now and then
3. Increase the recitation of “ laa hawla walaa quwwata illaa billah” or “ HASBUNALLAHU WANI IMAL WAQEEL”

Note: don’t forget to establish your daily compulsory prayers.
