I wanted to ask that if someone is suffering from PCOS due to which mensus last for 20-30 days. Can we pray after 10 days? And if not then are we suppose to pray Qadha of those prayers ?

This is not menses, as menses does not exceed 10 days.
In such case I need to know if you used to have a regular period time wise before this problem takes place.
