I wanted to ask whether it is ok to take things like colouring books/pencils for toddlers during majalis at the mosque. I tend not to take any toys or other entertaining things for my daughter who is 18 months but after about 30-40minutes she gets restless. So is it OK to take toys for them or better to avoid it so that they learn to try to listen to majalis? I don't want her to associate majalis with playing /colouring time . Or am I being a harsh mum?

No its OK to take books and pencils because 18 months very small age to listen but as she grows-up then you can teach her to listen majlis
