I wanted to know if we have to recite Bismillah during the jamat namaz (1st and 2nd rakat) before every Surah. Is the ruling the same for all 5 Namaz?

During Salaatul Jamaat you don’t recite anything in the qiyaam of 1st two rakats. You listen to the Imam.
