I wanted to know the meaning of shooting star. I hear over people saying its something to do with jinns being rejected to enter or sneaking in jannah. Please I would like to know Islamic there is any meaning?

The truth is that shooting stars are used to stone the jinns (devils) who go to eavesdrop in the heavens, in order to hear news of the unseen.
The Quran says in the Quran in Chapter 15 Surah Hijr verse 16-18:

Shooting stars are like missiles for Jins
