So in Muharam and Safar, we do not participate in any of sort of celebration however after the tailback of Safar, are mini local getaways allowed? I know nothing is technically prohibited but it’s more on the basis of recommendation. Can we purchase clothes? If we wanted too? We usually don’t do anything for 2 months and 8 days but I want a scholars point of view.
