I was in nikaah with a girl. I had some hardships in my business and came back to a country from another country, she filed a khulaa. The court gave her khulaa. I want to keep her as my wife and according to her will but she's not reachable by any chance. Just want to know if the khulaa is valid in shariah?

If the divorve was recited not in accordance with the conditions of divorce according to your school of thought the divorce is not valid.
