I was really close with Allah swt and not committing much sins. But now I am still close to Allah swt but I’ve started to not lower gaze as much as I used to and I would just do things I haven’t done in a while. Is there a way to spiritual reset my nafs?

There is no magic formula for that. Rather, you have to observe God, glory be to Him, and not rely on your saying that you are close to God, glory be to Him, for how can you be close to Him when you are disobeying Him?
You have to fear God Almighty, watch Him, and be certain that He is looking at you, seeing everything you do.
Can you do it when a normal person is looking at you?
The answer would be no, of course.
So, is it etiquette to commit disobedience while the Lord of the heavens sees you?
