I was wondering about the verse in Surah Tawba. People say that the we can’t talk about the first 2 caliphs because of verse 9:100 but isn’t the verse 9:101 talk about how there are some hypocrites as well amongst the prophet saww? Also why does the word الاعراب translate to the word Bedouins?

Verse 100 is not giving protection to anyone.
We have to look at their acts thereafter.
If they kept their faith and honesty, then the stay under the verse verdict. Otherwise no.
A’arab does not necessarily mean bedouins.
