I was wondering if smoking is haram on me since i was smoking before I converted to tashayyu because I have read Ayatollah Sistani’s ruling that if you had been smoking before the ruling then it is not haram on you to continue to smoke

If you did not quit smoking in between,then it is not haram.
However, for sure,it is better to quit it.
