I wondering can we save money for future use meaning old age time? Because i am confuse with Surah AtTaubah verse 34-35 where Allah warn the people who save gold and silver. Is it saving money with all the zakat and khums applied permissible?
If permitted, how about saving the gold and silver for the same intention? However the verse 9:34-35 say something opposite?

There is no problem saving for old age. Allah meant hoarding money when you have a surplus and you don’t want to help others but that does not apply to you, as long as you pay zakat if you are a Sunni on the saved money when a year has lapsed.
