I would like to ask, if a woman is in iddah and it will be over around 17th September is she allowed to end it during this time as it is during Moharram? Or is she allowed to end it before moharram? Or can she end it after the first 12 days, say after ashoura?

She should observe the full period of her iddah. If the iddah ends on 17th September, she ends it on that day
