I would like to ask you a question regarding eating food in Ramadan how or what should we eat during Ramadan. Should we eat more vegan food and twice in a week meat?

Also what’s the forty days for not eating meat. Like eat meat once a week and rest vegan

It depends on an individual. The general Islamic guideline is that we should eat what is lawful and good. Something that will not expose our health to danger.

The forty days is a recommendation and not compulsory. It’s definitely beneficial for those who are able to do it
