I would like to know that sometimes when we get home late after work we don’t get time for namaz at work and we have to read it when we come back home. Now since it’s winter in USA and Maghrib is around 5:20. Is it okay to do zuhur and asr salaat as soon as we get home before maghrib? Also, since it’s almost maghrib time can we pray maghrib in the same wudhu or do we have to do wuzu again for maghrib?

Try to pray at its prime time if not possible then still don’t make it qadha
Yes with same wudhu of dhuhr and ASR you can pray your maghrib.
