I'm a medical student pursuing internship presently but I've been always feeling low and negative regarding most things in life. I don't know how most small problems make me feel anxious and angry. I want to be successful and avoid worrying so much. Another problem I have is difficulty in making choices even simple ones. Please help me out
Ignore is best thing in daily life, better concentrate on big goals, ignore small matters and go on, read daroodh 100 times a day makes you feel better, find motivation, do astghfar as well 100 times after fajar Namaz.
