I'm asking this question on behalf of my newly converted friend. The question is, does your fast gets broken if you get in a impure state? For example if one has a urinal leakage, does the fast gets broken? And then what should he do? Is there a special ghusl?

No. He just needs to wash the place, and wash the effected area of his clothes.
It gets broken, if he intentionally got in janabat (Ejaculation).
