I've been hearing that a woman should wear a hijab in the bathroom to protect herself from jinns. Can you tell me if this is true please and if so why it is true. I'm not too sure about the jinns being the bathroom.

It is recommended for man and woman are to cover the head in the bathroom. It is not issue of Jinn but it is just to protect from germs.
