If a sister begins wearing Hijab say around the age of 20, and there are pictures of her without Hijab in the past in circulation (on phones, photo albums), even accessible to non-Mahrams, what is her duty? Secondly, are pictures of girls under the age of 9 permissible to be seen by non-Mahrams (even if they are now older than that)? [Some people say no because men would be able to know what colour their hair now is for example.]
