If at the end of my salat , I doubt if I pronounced the correct makhraj during my namaz, do I have to ignore my doubt?

Also, if for example, at the end of my namaz , I realised that i really did a mistake in my makhraj. Can I correct it with sajda e sahw?

If it is a doubt then ignore it. If you are sure that makhraj was incorrect then repeat the salat but if it is a doubt no worth for it.
