If by mistake and forgetfulness I recite qunoot in the first rakat, what am I supposed to do? Shall I recite again in second rakat and then do sajda e sahuw or should I not recite the qunoot again?

You can recite it in the second rakat, as usual, and there is no need for sajdatul sahw.
