If I bought a set suits from a woman total cost is around 3k and I paid the amount but that sets of suits never reached me, then later i bought two suits of rs 1500 and I ask her about the suits that did not reach me, she was unable to help in the earlier so I did not pay her 1500 but the suits reached to me. I this illegal for me to not pay that 1500? Please help
