If I have a bleeding wound on part of my hand / finger or face the blood isn’t stopping

1) Can I put a bandage and do wudhoo and pray
2) Should I wait for blood to stop if there is enough time or pray prime time?
3) Do I have to make the skin under the bandage pak?
4) What if I don’t have enough time to qadha time can I put a bandage and pray?

Your wudhu is wudhu e jabeera
Means do niyat of wudhu e jabeera wash rest of the part except where there is wound put piece of cloth and wipe or you may wipe on bandage

1) Yes do wudhu as I explained above but blood must be stopped
2) Yes wait
3) Do masah on bandage
4) Then do tayammum and pray but bleeding must be stopped
