If I press, I have read, and I agree with the terms conditions without reading is it lying, because sometimes the conditions and terms are too long.
If it says:
I declare that I have read and agree with Terms & Conditions
Can I do tewriyah and say within myself:

I declare that I have read “the first word” and agree with Terms & Conditions
