If nauzobillah a woman is raped and impregnated, if the father is killed as per Hudud, who would be responsible for the living and caring of the child? Would the child receive inheritance?

If the father is killed, the grand father is responsible for raising the child and all his expenses.
If the grand fathers are all dead, then it is the mother’s responsibility.
However, the child would not inherit his biological father.
