If some of our sins are forgiven by Allah (swt) will those sins be questioned on the day of judgement? And do we have any hadith
on this ?

No. Once they are forgiven with true tawba, you are not questioned about them.
According to Quran, with true and sincere tawba, the sins are converted to doles. (Sura 25, verse 70)
