If you signed a contract ( very complicated LONG contract that have terminology inside it you can barely understand with a big corporation company) and they are now trying to enforce rules and regulations on us that are to difficult for us to follow both financially and otherwise is ok to not follow, or break these terms with them?

Basic question being if one has a contract, lease or a agreement of some kind and they feel like they can no longer fulfill it, would be a sin to break it?

It will be a sin to break it without the consent of the other party. Unless in a case where you were forced or lied to to sign a contract. In this case, it will not be a sin to break since it involves force and lying.

It is within your right to make it clear to them why you are not proceeding with their requests. You cannot be forced as I said before.
