If your clothing is not modest yes. If it has nothing to do with modesty or not wearing clothes that stand out or cause mockery then although it not obligatory to do it it would be better and recommended to keep peace and please your spouse. Also if he doesn’t permit his wife to leave the house with certain clothes he’s within his rights since a wife needs the husband’s permission to leave the house.
