I’m a university student and I had a question regarding my prayer.
I’m currently living at home and commute to university 5 days a week by car. However, my university is 27 miles away (one way) from my home. And I leave my house everyday before dhuhr (~8-10am) and return from university ~6pm on most days. This means I end up spending more time at university than I do at home.

Since I have to perform my dhuhr and Asr prayer at university, I was wondering what the ruling is regarding my prayers. Would I have to shorten my Dhuhr and Asr prayer every day? Or would I perform them normally?
I would also be traveling every day during Ramadan. Would I be able to fast normally?

As you mentioned you are attending university 5 days in a week then your namaz will be full while you are at university but if you pray your salat during the journey then your namaz will be Qasr.
Now issue of your fast you must reach the town where your university is before Dhuhr and same while you are returning to your home reach before dhuhr if journey started before dhuhr but if you start your journey after dhuhr then there is no issue
Fast is valid and in order.

If you will be going to university for at least 6 months in a year then you should observe full prayers whilst you’re there, and you can fast whilst traveling there as well
