Imam Ali (as) in sermon 80 of nahjul balagha is reported to have said "Women are deficient in Faith, deficient in shares and deficient in intelligence." What is the meaning of this statement and is deficient a correct translation here?

2. Imam Ali (and all Ahlulbayt) have great respect and praised women in numerous traditions
3. It could refer to certain times of the month and not translated as such
