In early pregnancy if I have bleeding, can I pray Salah and also to read Sura Maryum or sura Yousaf, dua Kumail and Hadese Kisa I have to do a full wazu or I can read without full wazu

If the bleeding has the conditions of hayz then it will be hayz otherwise istihadha.
In terms of reading Qur'an, if without wudhu then you must be careful not to touch the verses and if your bleeding is hayz, then you cannot recite the verses containing wajib Sajda
