In my case i myself don't know if that could be just the premature ejaculated fluid or semen. Because in the morning, both would give me sticky liquid on the tip of my penis (when rubbed with water). But one thing is that, I don't remember experiencing swiftness or orgasm in the night. So it wouldn't be semen right?
