In my country I’ve noticed that in quite every hamburger bun composition there is a little amount of alcohol. Apparently, the alcohol is sprayed after baking on the finished products. However, the brand states that if I toast the bun, there would remain no trace of alcohol in the product at all. So am I allowed to consume it? And genereally speaking what is the ruling of food with little amount of alcohol?

Assuming that the hamburger you are talking about is halal, meat wise, if the alcohol sprayed on it is a wine, then it becomes najiss, and can not be cunsumed, while if the alcohol is synthetic, then it is not najiss.
