Holy Quran 78:9

وَجَعَلْنَا نَوْمَكُمْ سُبَاتًا

And made your sleep [a means for] rest

Holy Quran 78:11
——————
وَجَعَلْنَا النَّهَارَ مَعَاشًا

And made the day for livelihood
