Is it obligatory on the eldest son of Marhum to offer his father’s qadha namaz and rozay? If so, is it necessary for him to pay with his own money or can the father’s savings be used?
Only qaza namaz if not left intentionally then it is wajib. Both can be paid from fathers money if not mentioned seperately with the permission of all inheritors.
