Is it ok to wear scarves/stoles in colors such as pink, yellow etc, or they have to be sobre colour?


I learnt that hijab means to have dull colors, but later I heard a Moulana saying that its OK to wear different colors of scarves if living in Western countries.

Please let me know if its OK in European countries?
