Is it okay to read Dua E Ahad at Zuhur time or after Fajar, because sometimes I find it hard to read after Fajar so would we get the same amount of thawab for reading the Dua after Fajar?

According to the narrations, and the wording of the dua, its time is morning, before Zuhr.
