Is it permissible for a husband to deny his wife the participation in majalis Al-Hussein in Muharram? Does he have the right to forbid me from going? Am I allowed to go even if he has forbidden me from going to them?

In general he should not unless there’s a good reason. However if he does it’s not permissible to leave the house without his permission.
