Is it permissible, if ones wife wants/permits her husband to give her bruises willingly, for the husband to do so for the mutual pleasure of the two as long as the bruises do not lead to considerable damage to her health.

If it’s not serious harm and does not involve putting anyone in difficulty then it’s permissible if under consent
