Is it permissible to get premission from guardians for a girl who is virgin? I know it is neccessary but if the father doesn’t allow to girl in any condition to marry a person to who she wants. The reason of denial is just that he does not belongs to syed family otherwise he is good by character and have love of Ahl ul Bait a.s in heart and follow all teaching of religion.
On the other hand, the family is forcing the girl to marry the person who is not good by character, does not even follow any act of shariah at all. Girl didn’t agree for that marriage.
What can she can do?
