Is it permissible to recite Qur'an in english and gift it to marhoomeen, when you are capable of reciting it in Arbic?
I heard that sawaab of reciting it in English is less as compared to Arbic recitation? Is it true?

The translation is translation, and not considered Qur'an. Hence, reciting it is not considered, as long as you can recite the original Qur'an.
