Is it permissible to sketch/draw a painting of a Qurani Ayat whilst copying one that is available on the internet, but the original picture is that of a painting being sold for a price. The copied painting will only be used as a framed ayah at home.

And if not coping, but printing the very same painting as a picture to be framed without having purchased it for own personal use within home? Is it permissible?
