Is there any Dua form the Ahlul Bayt which we can read for the success and well being of our wife?
I know there’s duas for example in Sahifa Sajjadiyah for our parents and children, but I don’t know of anything for my wife.

I don’t know of a dua that specific. As you mentioned there is a dua for family in Sahifa Sajadiya.
You can recite this verse in Qunut (Furqan 74)

وَ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنا هَبْ لَنا مِنْ أَزْواجِنا وَ ذُرِّيَّاتِنا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَ اجْعَلْنا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِماماً
