Is visualisation techniques allowed in Islam. I have tried and found it helpful to train my mind to achieve my goals. When I recite supplication I don't find it useful and my wishes also not fulfilled but when I try to achieve something by visualisation I get that and it also makes sense to me.

There is nothing wrong imagining and visualising things
