Is Zakaat not waajib on Shias?
If not then why not seeing as it’s one of the pillars of Islam? Or does our Khums include zakaat?

Zakat and khoms are two different things.
You have to pay Zakat in certain cases, clearly mentioned in the Islamic rules book.
