It permissible for the poor sadaat to spend their sehme sadat receipts on their non-sadat family members, whether normally dependent on them or not. For example, can a wife who is sayyidah spend from her sehme sadaat receipts on her husband, who:

1. Has always been dependent on her for his livelihood due to various reasons like illness/non-employment

2. Has temporarily become unemployed; for example, due to lockdown here in India, husband is not able to earn anything and there is no other source of income.
