I’ve been suffering with symptoms of depression and anxiety for just over a year and I feel it’s getting worse. I just get easily frustrated, angry and feel hopeless majority of the time. I just wanted to know, am I exempted from fasting when I feel at my lowest? Because on bad days I just get serious mood swings and take my anger out on people unintentionally

If you feel that fasting will worsen your health or for example hunger and thirst would make you feel worse or you need to consume medicines you should not fast. It is upon you to assess your situation and act accordingly.
