1. If the maid is neither divorced or widow, she is unmarried, can she go for temporary marriage to her employer
2. If the maid remains pregnant during this temporary marriage, what are the rulings

by

1- Yes, with the permission of her father, if he is alive. If he is dead, then she do not need any permission.
2- If she got pregnant, the child is a legitimate child for both of them, and she is not allowed to abort the pregnancy.
