Mein ik aesi Microfinance Foundation mein kam karta hon jahan hum loan 20% service charges (Markup Sood) pe dete hain or monthly installment pe recovery krte hain. Kiya hamari salary halal hay ya haram?
If it is service given to them and charged against that service its halal but if it is just a cover up then it is not allowed. Again if it is a sort of leasing its allowed and if its just loan then haram.
