My daughter is obsessed with doubts, specifically in relation in Najasat (cleanliness). She doubts every act of bodily purification to ensure that it is the proper and clean act before carrying out the wajibaat. For example, the use of water in cleaning self, etc. How do I convince her that at the end of the day it is her intentions and that she gave her best to ensure that she is clean to the best of her efforts and knowledge and the rest should be left with Allah SWT.

Let her do two things
1 Let her recite abundantly the last sura in the quran NAAS. Many like her case got cured.

2 Her religiously duty is to ignore the doubts unless if she is certain and for sure that the duty was not performed correctly. She does not have to observe the rules of doubt at all.
