My question is: can I or one of my sisters lead the jamaat prayers at home without going to mosque if we don’t have time or cannot go out.

Can ladies read jamaat namaz at home? Is there any ruling that someone has to be more learned than the other to lead the prayers?

If there is my mother, sisters and sister in laws – maybe 3-5 ladies, can we read jamaat namaz at home? And is there ruling on who should or could lead the prayers?

Yes you can establish the jamat at your home but Masjid has more thawab
Yes one of you can lead the prayer. Yes condition is the one who lead the prayer must have more knowledge of Ahkam and the one who lead the prayer must be more pious and just and whose Arabic recitation should be better than others.
As you mentioned that you all are female the one who lead the prayer should stand in middle not in front.
